Hey there!

I'm Dr. Goodwin.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about prescriptions and lab results. It’s about feeling seen, heard, and like you're not completely losing your mind.

I’m a family medicine doctor who’s spent over a decade on the clinical side of things, but a few years ago, I ended up on the patient side too. After being diagnosed with Addison’s Disease and Stage 4 Endometriosis, everything changed: including how I saw the healthcare system.

While recovering from more surgeries than I care to count, I started thinking about what I wish every patient had: clear tools, simple info, and the confidence to ask, “Wait, is this normal?” So I started making exactly that.
