Everything You Wish Your Doctor Had Time to Explain.
46 videos • 7 modules • Over 6 hours of trusted guidance
The kind of information and support that would take 25+ visits to cover in the office: all for less than the cost of one doctor’s appointment.
What you’ll get out of this course:
-
How to recognize if what you’re experiencing is depression
-
Where depression comes from and why it happens
-
Proven strategies to help you start feeling better
I’m Dr. Goodwin, a board-certified family physician and a patient myself who's struggled with depression since I was a teenager. I built this course to give you the clarity, tools, and support I wish myself and every patient had access to.
Over the course of the last 10+ years I've seen hundreds of patients with depression over thousands of office visits. Many of my colleagues have sent their patients with depression to see me remarking on the results I was getting and the improvement our patients were seeing. That is what inspired this course, to make the counseling I normally do one-on-one available for everyone.
It’s not a replacement for your own doctor or therapist, it’s a trusted roadmap to help you better understand your depression, feel more confident in your options, and take small steps that add up to real progress.
