ABOUT
BELIEF #1
I believe patients make better choices when they actually know what’s going on, because confusion shouldn’t be a side effect.
BELIEF #2
I believe trust in healthcare can be rebuilt, one honest, empowering conversation at a time.
BELIEF #3
I believe when patients are given real choices, they stop feeling like passengers and start feeling like part of the team.

I'm a family medicine physician trained at OHSU, with residency in Eastern Washington. I’ve worked in busy clinics, small towns, and through the chaos of the COVID pandemic in Northern California. I’ve spent years on the clinical side of the exam room, helping patients navigate everything from coughs and cholesterol to complex, chronic conditions.

And then I became a patient too.
Â
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Addison’s disease and stage 4 endometriosis. Between the tests, the surgeries, the setbacks, and the exhaustion, I started seeing healthcare from the other side. I realized that even with all my training, I still felt confused, unheard, and unsure of what to ask next.
So I started building what I wished I had: tools that help people track their symptoms clearly, understand their health without needing a medical degree, and feel confident speaking up at appointments. Because I believe people make better decisions when they have real information, real options, and the chance to advocate for themselves.
This work isn’t about fixing everything overnight. It’s about giving people the tools to feel just a little more in control of their health and their lives, and maybe even laugh a little along the way!
